  • My life in Taiflex
  • Taiflex has high quality and well-experienced employees, there are over 72% employees have college degree or above, and the average age of employee is 36.8 years old. Taiflex planned a complete knowledge management platform to build up our human capital, and we pay a lot of concern on the employee training. Taiflex have been awarded by the TTQS golden medal qualified by Ministry of Labor three times in 2010, 2011 and 2015. And Taiflex also be awarded by National Talent Development Awards in 2013.

    Based on the humanize management system, making our employees enjoy their job, which is always being Taiflex’s purpose. We hope that each member has the courage to face their work and challenges, and can keep on learning.

    To ensure continuous human resources and strengthen the consensus of all partners, Taiflex arrange an annual provision of 3% of the total annual payroll expenditures as the fund of training expense. And we hereby expect to achieve the following five main purposes:

    • Enhance the competitiveness of the company through the employee training.
    • To improve the ability on management and the professional expertise by strengthening on the performance and feedback.
    • Strengthen on-job training, off-job training and self-development training, concerned about the ability of employees and spiritual growth, and thus retain talent.
    • Shaping a learning organization, to bring out the synergy between the departments.
    • To cultivate our employee to become internal lecturers, in order to implement the professional experience and heritage.

    I’ve learned a lot from the training by learning ways to improve and gaining confidence to face up to the challenges.

    Taiflex has devoted abundant resources to train its employees and I am glad that I am one of the team.

    I am thankful for the MTP training provided by Taiflex, which benefits us a lot. Taiflex is very active in providing various trainings to its employees and I am fortunate enough to enjoy the benefits. Management is the backbone of an organization whether it’s being led or leading people. As a manager, he/she has to lead, train and manage his/her team members to ensure that work is fully executed. As a mid-level manager, he/she has to transform strategies into actionable items to allow execution. When holding a management position, I think it is necessary to make a good plan, organize the team and apply different leading styles based on circumstances to improve efficiencies. I’ve worked here for almost a decade from the position of entry-level operator, team leader to manager thanks to the resources provided by Taiflex. I am willing to work for Taiflex for another decade to come.
