Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy of Taiflex Scientific Co., Ltd.
Taiflex is committed to the research and development of flexible printed circuit (FPC) materials. With industry-leading technologies across our products, including flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL), coverlay, bonding sheet, stiffener, and composite film, Taiflex is a global leader in FCCL supply and a key listed company in Taiwan. Upholding a people-oriented safety culture, we comply with and go beyond domestic occupational safety and health (OSH) laws and regulations, as well as international standards. All employees are required to observe and implement these standards. We are dedicated to creating a safe and healthy work environment and to building an ideal workplace that strives for “zero occupational accidents.” We actively fulfill our corporate social responsibility and consider sustainable operations the cornerstone of our business.
Taiflex regards its employees as the Company's most valuable assets, and their workplace safety and physical and mental well-being are of utmost importance. In keeping with this commitment, we continuously strengthen inherently safe designs and rigorously implement OSH control measures to prevent occupational accidents. Based on this philosophy, we have established five major OSH policies, which aim to advance from effective OSH management toward holistic well-being, dignified labor, and a diverse and inclusive workplace. This policy is communicated through appropriate channels and media to ensure that all employees understand and are fully committed to Taiflex's occupational safety and health objectives.
