It is a pleasure to serve in Taiflex. During this period, I not only find the sales has increased gradually but also see improvements on the Company's internal process.
Therefore, during the period of transformation and improvement, I try my best in my job as well as learn a lot from Taiflex.

TWI is a training lesson designed for entry-level managers whose daily management abilities can be enhanced through on-the-job training, job improvement and job relationship with employees. By taking on the training lessons, I not only recognized my shortcomings and learned how to improve them, but also built enough confidence to face challenges in the future. I am really happy that I can be a part of Taiflex as the Company is always willing to provide training lessons for its employees.

I am thankful to Taiflex for providing MTP courses for us, and I really learned a lot from it. In my opinion, employees are the most precious resource of an enterprise. Therefore, being a part of Taiflex, when I see company provides many different kinds of training courses for us, I really appreciate it. On the other hands, by participating in these training courses, I have learned a lot of knowledge that I need in my work. Thus, that is the reason why I am willing to keep working in Taiflex.

During these years that I worked in Taiflex, I really got lots of senses of accomplishment because of my involvement of charity activities which were held by Taiflex Youth care association, such as the charity sale for underprivileged families. Furthermore, I also realized my disadvantages and understood what I can improve by taking part in these meaningful events. I am really thankful to Taiflex for giving me the chance to give back to society.
